RESOLUTION 93-263
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT DIVISION
FOR CITY OF PLYMOUTH (93024)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for the City of
Plymouth located at the northwest corner of the Soo Line Railroad and Pineview
Lane North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water
drainage facilities.
3. Variances from the Subdivision Ordinance Section 500.37 and Section 500.21
from the division of unplatted land for the creation of four parcels less
than the minimum standard required by the Zoning Ordinance:
Parcel 1 - 4.28 acres
Parcel 2 - 2.33 acres
Parcel 3 - 0.89 acres
Parcel 4 - 3.72 acres
Adopted by the City Council on May 17, 1993.
