APPROVING LOT DIVISION AND SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE VARIANCE FOR CITY OF PLYMOUTH

WHEREAS, City of Plymouth has requested approval for a lot division and
Subdivision Ordinance Variance for the creation of 4 parcels located at the
northwest corner of the Soo Line Railroad and Pineview Lane north;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division
and Subdivision Ordinancea Variance for the City of Plymouth for the creation
of 4 parcels for property located at the northwest corner of the Soo Line
Railroad and Pineview Lane north.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
The East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 118, Range 22,
lying North of the right -or -way of the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault
ste. Marie Railway Company, except that part lying North of the South 10
acres of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4.
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL 1
That part of the following described property:
The East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 118, Range 22,
lying North of the right-of-way of the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault
Ste. Marie Railway Company, except that part lying North of the South 10
acres of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4:
which lies easterly of the following described Line (Line A"):
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the above described property;
thence Westerly along the North line of said described property 400.00
feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence
Southwesterly, deflecting to the left 45 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds a
distance of 160 feet; thence Southwesterly to a point on the South line
of said described property distant 610.00 feet Westerly from the
Southeast corner of said described property and said line there
terminating.
PARCEL 2
That part of the following described property:
The East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 118, Range 22,
lying North of the right-of-way of the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault
Ste. Marie Railway Company, except that part lying North of the South 10
acres of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4;

Southeast corner of said described property and said line there
terminating.

concave to the East having a radius of 789.30 feet and a central angle of
17 degrees 39 minutes 06 seconds, the chord of said curve bears North 28
degrees 21 minutes 14 seconds East; thence North 37 degrees 10 minutes 47
seconds East, tangent to said curve 259.20 feet; thence Northerly 843.40
feet along a tangential curve concave to the West having a radius of
689.30 feet and a central angle of 70 degrees 06 minutes 16 seconds to

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
