RESOLUTION NO. 93-261
APPROVING GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSE
FOR RICH S. LARSON, SHERMAN'S SINCLAIR,
9605 36TH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, an application for a gasoline service station license has been received from Rick
S. Larson, d/b/a Sherman's Sinclair, 9605 36th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insurance have been provided, the required
inspections have been conducted, and a Conditional Use Permit has been approved.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a gasoline service station license is
hereby approved for Rick S. Larson, d/b/a Sherman's Sinclair, 9605 36th Avenue North, for
the period May 18, 1993, through December 31, 1993.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on May 17, 1993.
