RESOLUTION 93-260
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RICK LARSON (93032)
WHEREAS, RICK LARSON has requested approval for a Conditional Use Permit for
Gasoline Sales and for the Operation of a Propane Gas Dispenser for property
located at 9605 36th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Rick Larson for a Conditional Use Permit to Gasoline Sales and for the
Operation of a Propane Gas Dispenser for property located at 9605 36th Avenue
North, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances,
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Rick Larson for a gasoline sales service station
and for the Operation of Propane gas dispenser located at 9605 36th Avenue
North and shall not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved designated
areas.
