RESOLUTION NO. 93-254
APPROVING CONTINUATION OF VEHICLE PROVISION
AND MILEAGE POLICY
WHEREAS, the City Council has authority to set rates of compensation and other
personnel related policies; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has provided vehicles or mileage allowances to
certain employees; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate that the City Council review those policies from time to
time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does:
1. Authorize reimbursement at the standard IRS rate per mile for city
employees authorized to use personal automobiles in the conduct of city
business.
2. Authorize city vehicle provision for the City Manager, Public Safety
Director, and Fire Chief.
