RESOLUTION NO. 93-252
APPROVING THE 1993 HEALTH AND DENTAL
INSURANCE BENEFITS FOR NON -ORGANIZED CITY EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the City Council annually reviews the compensation package for general
city employees; and
WHEREAS, the city's health and dental insurance carriers have increased their
insurance premiums based on the previous year's experience ratings; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has again experienced in increase in health and
dental insurance rates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does:
1. Authorize an increase in health and dental coverage according to the following
schedule for all its non -represented employees, effective January 1, 1993.

2. Approve an increase in life insurance coverage for employees currently
receiving $10,000 coverage to $20,000.
Adopted by the City Council on May 3, 1993.
