RESOLUTION NO. 93-251
APPROVING THE AMENDMENTS TO THE PERSONNEL POLICY
REGARDING VACATION ACCRUAL
WHEREAS, the current Personnel Policy does not give the City Manager flexibility to
provide more than two weeks of vacation upon hire; and
WHEREAS, it is sometimes in the public interest to attract a high caliber candidate for
employment by offering such additional benefit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does:
Approve the amendments to the Personnel Policy in Section 3-2. VACATION LEAVE
thereof.
The Manager may also continue this benefit for employees receiving it as of May 3,
1993.
Adopted by the City Council on May 3, 1993.
