RESOLUTION 93- 247
ADOPTION OF A CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN FOR THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is required under the Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) regulations to prepare and adopt a Citizen Participation Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority has recommended approval
of such a Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it adopts the Citizen Participation Plan dated
April 20, 1993 to be used in compliance with Community Development Block Grant
regulations each fiscal year starting in 1994.
Adopted by the City Council on May 3, 1993.
