RESOLUTION NO. 93-241
AUTHORIZING A NEW MASTER PLAN FOR
WEST MEDICINE LAKE CITY PARK
WHEREAS, the 1994 Capital Improvement Program calls for the first phase
development of West Medicine Lake Park; and
WHEREAS, a comprehensive master plan is necessary to accomplish this construction
project in 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended that a
consultant be selected for the development of a comprehensive master site plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that staff is directed to negotiate a
contract with Barton-Aschman for the development of a new master plan for West
Medicine Lake Park, and further that said contract will be brought back for Council
approval.
Adopted by the City Council on May 3, 1993.
