RESOLUTION NO. 93- 236
AUTHORIZING TRAIL ALONG VICKSBURG LANE FROM
STATE HIGHWAY 55 TO COUNTY ROAD 9
1993 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 301
WHEREAS, at the March 29, 1993 City Council meeting, approval was given
to the 1993 Street Reconstruction Project which included a trail along
the west side of Vicksburg Lane from State Highway 55 to County Road 9;
and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and
recommended construction of the Vicksburg Lane trail.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That funding in the amount of $20,000 be allocated
to construct the project from the Park Dedication Fee Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on May 3, 1993.
