RESOLUTION NO. 93-234
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
36TH AVENUE NORTH BETWEEN STATE HIGHWAY 169 AND ZACHARY LANE
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will undertake the improvement of 36th
Avenue North between State Highway 169 and Zachary Lane by the
reconstruction of bituminous street and concrete curb and gutter in
conformance with Municipal State Aid standards; and
WHEREAS, it is a requirement that parking be restricted on 36th Avenue
North between State Highway 169 and Zachary Lane.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Director of Public Works is hereby
authorized to install "No Parking" signs on both sides of 36th Avenue
North between State Highway 169 and Zachary Lane.
