RESOLUTION NO. 93- 233
CONFIRMING INTENT TO COMPLETE CITY PROJECT NO. 031 (PHASE II)
PER REQUEST OF THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
CITY PROJECT NO. 031
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request of the Office of State Aid of the
Minnesota Department of Transportation asking for the City by resolution
to confirm intent to complete the County Road 24/Medina Road improvements
as originally submitted in order- for MnDOT to approve splitting the
project into Phase I and Phase II; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to complete the County Road 24/Medina Road
project in its entirety as soon as possible, including the required
intersection improvements of C.S.A.H. 24 and State Highway 55; and
WHEREAS, MnDOT's Division of State Aid is currently reviewing available
state funding for State Highway 55 Improvements required at the new
intersection with C.S.A.H. 24.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it is the City's intent to complete City
Project No. 031, Phase I and Phase II as soon as MnDOT approval is
received and a bid award can be made.
Adopted by the City Council on May 3, 1993.

resolution adopted at the meeting of the Plymouth City Council
