RESOLUTION NO. 93-231
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION AND
FINDINGS OF FACT FORM
WETLAND ACT OF 1991
PARKERS LAKE NORTH 9TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the developers of Parkers Lake North 9th Addition propose to develop
adjacent to wetlands for multifamily lot construction purposes; and
WHEREAS, filling and mitigation will take place within the wetlands; and
WHEREAS, the necessary filling and wetland mitigation will be covered under
the Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permit; and
WHEREAS, the wetland is exempt from the Wetland Conservation Act, Exemption
No. 24. Preliminary Plats approved prior to August 1, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Findings of
Fact and Certificate of Exemption Forms.
