RESOLUTION NO. 93-230
APPROVING WETLAND MITIGATION PLAN
U.S. HOMES (PLYMOUTH CREEK HEIGHTS)
WHEREAS, U.S. Homes, the owner of the Plymouth Creek Heights Addition,
proposes to fill wetlands for residential development and construction of
roadways; and
WHEREAS, there are no reasonable alternatives for the location of the
future roads and construction of five residential lots; and
WHEREAS, a Mitigation Plan was prepared replacing the wetlands at 1.66:1
ratio, which is greater than required by the Wetland Conservation Act of
1991; and
WHEREAS, the Mitigation Plan meets the requirements of the Wetland Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Findings of Fact form, the Certificate of Exemption form, and approving
the filling of wetlands and the Mitigation Plan for wetland restoration
in the Plymouth Creek Heights Addition.
Adopted by the City Council on May 3, 1993.
