APPROVING LOT DIVISION AND VARIANCE FOR GWENDOLYN WELLS LOCATED AT 445
QUANTICO LANE NORTH (93020)
WHEREAS, Gwendolyn Wells has requested approval for a lot division and
variance for the creation of two lots located at 445 Quantico Lane North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division
and variance for two lots for property located at 445 Quantico Lane North.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
Lots 7 and 8, Block 3, "PARKERS LAKESIDE SECOND ADDITION, HENNEPIN
COUNTY, MINN".
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
LOT 7, BLOCK 3 "PARKERS LAKESIDE SECOND ADDITION, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINN".
PARCEL B
LOT 8, BLOCK 3 "PARKERS LAKESIDE SECOND ADDITION, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINN".
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council May 3, 1993.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City
of Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution
adopted at a meeting of the Plymouth City Council on May 3, 1993 , with

transcription thereof.
