RESOLUTION 93-225
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
FOR NEW CENTURY HOMES INC. LOCATED SOUTHWEST OF HOLLY LANE_ AND OLD ROCKFORD
ROAD (93018)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located southwest of Holly Lane and Rockford Road from FRO (Future Restricted
Development) District to R -IA (Low Density Single Family Residential) District
in conjunction with approval of the Preliminary Plat for Kimberly Woods
Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
Kimberly Woods Addition to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the
publication of said Ordinance.
Adopted by the City Council on May 3. 1993.
