RESOLUTION 93- 223
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
FOR ORRIN THOMPSON HOMES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF OLD
ROCKFORD ROAD AND DUNKIRK LANE (92115)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located at the southeast corner of Old Rockford Road and Dunkirk Lane from FRO
(Future Restricted Development) District to R -1A (Low Density Single Family
Residential) District and R-2 (Low Density Multiple Residence) District in
conjunction with approval of the Preliminary Plat for Orrin Thompson Homes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
Orrin Thompson Homes to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication
of said Ordinance.
