AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR
INSURANCE FOR THE 1993/1994 INSURANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, The City desires to purchase insurance coverage for potential
property losses; and
WHEREAS, the City has previously solicited quotations for the necessary
insurance coverages; and
WHEREAS, the City received a quotation from the St. Paul Fire and Marine for
$2,200, and Hartford Insurance for $11,120 for the coverages and limitations
set forth in the Risk Management Coordinator's memo dated April 13, 1993;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Council award the contract for all
insurance coverages as indicated in the Risk Management Coordinator's merrc to
the St. Paul Fire and Marine for $2,200, and Hartford Insurance for $11,120.
Adopted by the City Council on April 19, 1993.
