RESOLUTION NO. 93- 213
APPROVING FILLING WETLANDS
AND THE WETLAND MITIGATION PLAN
FOR THE SWAN LAKE SOUTH ADDITION PROPERTY
WHEREAS, JANCO, Inc., the developers of the Swan Lake South Addition
property propose to fill wetlands for future 42nd Place and for the
construction of Lot 7, Block 5; and
WHEREAS, a Mitigation Plan was prepared replacing the wetlands at a 1:1
ratio which is the minimum required by the Wetland Conservation Act of 1991;
and
WHEREAS, the Mitigation Plan meets the requirements of the wetland act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Finding of
Facts form, approving the filling of wetlands and the Mitigation Plan for
wetland restoration in the Swan Lake South Addition property.
