RESOLUTION 93-212
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
FOR JANCO INC. LOCATED NORTHEAST OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND NORTHWEST BOULEVARD

WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located northeast of County Road 9 and Northwest Boulevard from FRO (Future
Restricted Development) District to R -1A (Low Density Single Family
Residential) and R-2 (Low Density Multiple Residence) in conjunction with
approval of the Preliminary Plat for Janco Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
Janco Inc. to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said
Ordinance.
Adopted by the City Council April 19, 1993.
