RESOLUTION 93-210
APPROVING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT PLAN FOR JANCO INC.
LOCATED NORTHEAST OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND NORTHWEST BOULEVARD (92112)
WHEREAS, Janco Inc. has requested approval of a Residential Planned Unit
Development Concept Plan for the development of 91 single family detached lots
on 42.2 acres located northeast of County Road 9 and Northwest Boulevard and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called
Public Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Residential
Planned Unit Development Concept Plan for the development of approximately
42.2 acres located northeast of County Road 9 and Northwest Boulevard, subject
to the following conditions:
I. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. All public street right-of-way shall be dedicated.
3. The maximum number of dwelling units approved is 91.
4. The concept of 2.16 dwelling units per net acre is found to be compatible
with the existing densities of the adjacent subdivisions to the north, and
the LA -1 and LA -2 Land Use Guide Plan classification of the site.
Adopted by the City Council on April 19, 1993.
