RESOLUTION NO. 93208
APPROVING THE ADDENDUM TO THE LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND PLYMOUTH MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEES
REPRESENTED BY AFSCME, COUNCIL 14
FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1993
WHEREAS, City representatives and representatives of the Plymouth Maintenance
employees have met and negotiated terms and conditions of employment as set forth in
their labor agreement for 1993; and
WHEREAS, this written labor agreement sets forth the City paid life insurance
premium cap as $6.20; and
WHEREAS, this premium amount should have been $6.40; and
WHEREAS, this addendum corrects that error;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the execution of an addendum to the labor agreement between the City of Plymouth and
Plymouth Maintenance employees, represented by AFSCME, Local 14, for the period
January 1, 1993 through December 31, 1993.
Adopted by the City Council on April 19, 1993.
