RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND
REFERRING REPORT TO THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE
DUNKIRK LANE IMPROVEMENTS
OLD ROCKFORD ROAD TO FUTURE COUNTY ROAD 9
CITY PROJECT NO. 308
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, as part of the 1993 Capital Improvements
Program, is proposing improvements to Dunkirk Lane by providing a 40/44
foot wide 9 ton urban section with concrete curb and gutter and necessary
utilities; and
WHEREAS, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates was designated as the
consulting engineer for the project, and a Preliminary Engineering Report
was ordered as part of the 1993 Capital Improvements Program; and
WHEREAS, the report for the improvements of Dunkirk Lane has been prepared
and is being received by the Council on April 19, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the Dunkirk Lane Preliminary Engineering Report
be referred to the Assessment Committee for their review and
recommendations prior to ordering a public hearing.
