RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND
REFERRING REPORT TO THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE
FUTURE COUNTY ROAD 9 IMPROVEMENTS
VICKSBURG LANE TO STATE HIGHWAY 55
CITY PROJECT NO. 310
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, as part of the 1993 Capital Improvements
Program, is proposing improvements to Future County Road 9 by providing a
52 foot wide 9 -ton urban section with concrete curb and gutter and
necessary utilities; and
WHEREAS, Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. was designated as the consulting
engineer for the project, and a Preliminary Engineering Report was ordered
on January 4, 1993 as part of the 1993 Capital Improvements Program; and
WHEREAS, the report for the improvements of Future County Road 9 has been
prepared and is being received by the Council on April 19, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the future County Road 9 Preliminary
Engineering Report be referred to the Special Assessment Committee for
their review and recommendations prior to ordering a public hearing.
