RESOLUTION NO. 93-197
APPROVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND
AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
1993 TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 317
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared a Preliminary Engineering Report
dated March 4, 1993 for the 1993 Trail Improvements, City Project No.
317; and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and
recommended acceptance of said Preliminary Engineering Report and the
approval of the City Council of the 1993 Trail Improvements Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the Preliminary Engineering Report for the 1993 Trail
Improvements, City Project No. 317, is hereby accepted, and
further that the City Engineer is authorized to begin the
preparation of the final plans and specifications.
2. That additional funding in the amount of $31,000 be allocated to
construct the project from the Park Dedication Fee Fund.
