RESOLUTION NO. 93-195
AUTHORIZE REIMBURSEMENT OF ASSESSMENT
SEWER AND WATER AREA CHARGES
BRIDLEWOOD FARM ADDITION
LEVY NO. 12199
WHEREAS, on September 4, 1991 the City of Plymouth levied sewer and water
area assessments against Bridlewood Farm Addition; and
WHEREAS, the assessments were based upon 256 lots as approved in the
preliminary plat; and
WHEREAS, the final Bridlewood Farm development now only consists of 253
lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That a refund in the amount of $3,690 shall be made
to Orrin Thompson Homes for sewer and water area assessments assessed
under Levy No. 12199. The refund shall be paid from the Utility Trunk
Fund (Account 403-403).
