RESOLUTION NO. 93- 194
APPROVAL OF STREET LIGHTING CONTRACT
NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY
WHEREAS, Northern States Power Company has presented the City of Plymouth
a revised contract for street lighting; and
WHEREAS, the contract revisions from the existing 1972 contract are
necessary to comply with provisions of the Minnesota Public Utilities
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the rates of the existing contract are continued in the new
contract; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to continue to provide
street lighting throughout the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City Manager is authorized to enter into
the revised street lighting contract and contract for street light
maintenance service with Northern States Power Company.
