RESOLUTION 93-18S
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT DIVISION
FOR LOT DIVISION AND VARIANCES FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (93015)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division and Subdivision 'iariance
for the City of Plymouth located at Northwest of County Road 6 and Xanthus
Lane North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T'.: CITY OF
PLYW)UTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Variance from the Subdivision Ordinance Section 500.37 and Section 500.21
is approved for the creation of the division of unplatted land for the
creation of parcels less than the minimum standard required by the Zoning
Ordinance.
Adopted by the City Council April 19, 1993.
