RESOLUTION 93-183
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT
DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 6 AND JUNEAU LANE NORTH (93014)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division/Consolidation and
Subdivision Variance for the City of Plymouth located at the southwest corner
of County Road 6 and Juneau Lane North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said Lot
Division/Consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. A Variance is approved from Section 500.37 of the Subdivision Ordinance to
permit the division of unplatted property.

PARCEL A
That part of the East 100 feet of the West 702 feet of Government Lot 6
lying northerly of County Road No. 6 and south of a line drawn at right
angles to the west line of said east 100 feet from a point on the west
line thereof a distance of 308.09 feet north from the center line of
ounty Road No. 6
PARCEL B
Commencing at a point on the west line of Government Lot 6 a distance of
1082.2 feet north from the southwest corner thereof; thence east at right
angles 208.5 feet to a point described as point "A"; thence deflecting
right 43 degrees 17 minutes to the east line of the west 283.5 feet of
Government Lot 6 and actual point of beginning; thence continuing
southeasterly along the last described line to a point 143.4 feet
southeasterly from said point "A"; thence deflecting right 50 degrees 45
minutes 314.2 feet thence deflecting left 25 degrees 52 minutes a
distance 287.8 feet; thence deflecting right 19 degrees 09 minutes to the
center line of County Road No. 6 thence easterly along said center line
to the east line of the west 602 feet of Government Lot 6 thence north
along said east line 753.9 feet thence deflecting left 92 degrees 01
minutes a distance 318.5 feet thence south to beginning, also that part
of Government Lot 6 described as commencing at the southeast corner of
Government Lot 5; thence on an assumed bearing of north along the east
line thereof 865.07 feet; thence south 73 degrees 15 minutes west 1418
feet; thence north 8 degrees 20 minutes west 159.21 feet; thence north 15
degrees 29 minutes west 139.15 feet; thence north 19 degrees 35 minutes
west 22.6 feet; thence south 88 degrees 02 minutes west to the east line
of the west 702 feet of Government Lot 6 and actual point of beginning;
thence continuing south 88 degrees 02 minutes west to the east line of
the west 602 feet of Government Lot 6; thence south along said east line
to a point 308.09 feet north from the center line of County Road No. 6;
thence east at right angles 100 feet; thence north to beginning except
road, all in Section 30-118-22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by
Hennepin County.
