RESOLUTION 93-182
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION AND SUBDIVISION VARIANCE FOR CITY OF
PLYMOUTH FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 6 AND
JUNEAU LANE (93014)
WHEREAS, City of Plymouth has requested approval for a Lot
Division/Consolidation and Subdivision Variance for the creation of two lots
located at the southwest corner of County Road 6 and Juneau Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Lot
Division/Consolidation and Subdivision Variance for two lots located at the
southwest corner of County Road 6 and Juneau Lane.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
PARCEL A
That part of Government Lot 2 lying south of County Road No. 6 and east
of Raths 2nd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
PARCEL B
Lot 1 and the norch 1/2 of Lot 2 including adjacent vacated street,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
That part of Government Lot 2 lying east of Raths 2nd Addition and of the
northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 all lying southerly of County Road No.
6 and westerly of the northerly extension of the westerly line of Juneau
Lane North and northerly and westerly of the following described line:
beginning at the southwest corner of the east 215 feet of said Government
Lot 2; thence north along the west line thereof a distance of 50 feet;
thence easterly to a point on the northerly extension of said westerly
line of Juneau Lane North a distance 3.62 feet northerly cf its
intersection with the south line of said northeast 1/4 of southeast 1/4
and there ending.

PARCEL B
Lot 1 and the north 1/2 of Lot 2 block 1 Sunset Acres including adjacent
vacated Sunset Lane; also that part of the east 215 feet of Government
Lot 2 and of that part of the northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 lying
westerly of the westerly line of Juneau Lane North and its northerly
extension all lying southerly of following described line: beginning at a
point on the westerly line of the said east 215 feet of Government Lot 2
a distance of 50 feet north of the southwest corner thereof; thence
easterly to a point in the northerly extension of said westerly line of
Juneau Lane North, a distance 3.62 feet north of its intersection with
the south line of said northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 and there
ending, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
