RESOLUTION 93-179
AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
INSURANCE FOR THE 1993/1994 INSURANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City desires to purchase insurance coverage for potential property and
liability losses; and
WHEREAS, the City has previously solicited quotations for the necessary insurance
coverages; and
WHEREAS, the City received a quotation from the League of Minnesota Cities
Insurance Trust for $180,887 for the coverages and limitations set forth in the Risk
Management Coordinator's memo dated March 22, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Plymouth, Minnesota, that the City Council award the contract for all insurance
coverages as indicated in the Risk Management Coordinator's memo , to the League of
Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust for $180,887.
Adopted by the City Council on March 29, 1993.
