SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
FOR WENDY'S INTERNATIONAL LOCATED NORTHWEST OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND HIGHWAY 169

WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezonin certain land
located northwest of County Road 9 and Highway 169 from B-1 Office Limited
Business) District to B-2 (Shopping Center Business) District in conjunction
with approval of the Preliminary Plat for Wendy's International;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
Wendy's International to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the
publication of said Ordinance.
Adopted by the City Council on March 29, 1993.
