RESOLUTION 93-175
APPROVING LAND USE GUIDE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR WENDY'S INTERNATIONAL LOCATED
NORTHWEST OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND HIGHWAY 169 (93006)
WHEREAS, Wendy's International has requested approval for a Land Use Guide
Plan amendment to reclassify property located northwest of County Road 9 and
Highway 169 from CL (Limited Business) to CR -2 (Retail Shopping); and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly
scheduled Public Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
reclassification of land use guiding for Wendy's International for
approximately 1.02 acres located northwest of County Road 9 and Highway 169
from CL (Limited Business) to CR -2 (Retail Shopping), subject to the following
conditions:
1. Concurrence of the Metropolitan Council.
2. Development shall take place consistent with the plans approved for this
referred to as Plymouth Community Develpment Department File 93006.
Adopted by the City Council on March 29, 1993.
