RESOLUTION NO. 93-169
APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF
'NO PARKING' SIGNS ON FORESTVIEW LANE
WEEREAS, on street parking has been noted on Forestview Lane north of 36th
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, such parking creates a public nuisance and potential traffic
congestion;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby authorizes the inst"llation of signs at
the following location:
"No Parking - 9 p.m. to S a.m." on both sides of
Forestview Lane for the one block segment immediately
north of 36th Avenue and connected thereto.
Adopted by the City Council on March 29, 1993.
