RESOLUTION 93-161
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR THREE STAR TRUCKING. (93017)
WHEREAS, Three Star Trucking has requested approval for a lot
division/consolidation for the creation of two lots located Northwest of
Ranier Lane on 35th Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot
division/consolidation for Three Star Trucking for property located Northwest
of Ranier Lane on 35th Avenue North.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
PARCEL A
Lot 1, Block 1, GREENWOOD PONDS, all in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
PARCEL B
Lot 2, Block 1, GREENWOOD PONDS, all in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
Lot 2 and that part of Lot 1, all in Block 1, GREENWOOD PONDS, according
to the recorded plat thereof which lies northerly of a line described as
follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence on an assumed
bearing of North 0 degrees 00 minutes 02 seconds East, along the west
line of said Lot 1, a distance of 182.54 feet, to the northwest corner of
said Lot 1, the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence
South 87 degrees 40 minutes 55 seconds East a distance of 428.03 feet, to
the northeasterly line of said Lot 1 and said line there terminating.
PARCEL B
Lot 1, Block 1, GREENWOOD PONDS, according to the recorded plat thereof,
EXCEPT that part which lies northerly of a line described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence on an assumed
bearing of North 0 degrees 00 minutes 02 seconds East, along the west
line of said Lot 1, a distance of 182.54 feet, to the northwest corner of
said Lot 1, the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence
South 87 degrees 40 minutes 55 seconds East a distance of 428.03 feet; to
the northeasterly line of said Lot 1 and said line there terminating.

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on March 29, 1993.
