CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 93-156
APPROVING AMUSEMENT CENTER LICENSE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an amusement center license from
LaPerre Enterprises, d/b/a Triple Play Family Entertainment Center, 1455 Highway 101; and
WHEREAS, all required fees have been paid and certificates of insurance provided; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation of the applicant and
recommends approval of the license; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the management plan submitted by the applicant;
and
WHEREAS, Resolution 92-374 approving a conditional use permit for a commercial
recreation facility located in the Plymouth Plaza Shopping Center (92047) was adopted by the
City Council on July 6, 1992.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
amusement center license is hereby approved for LaPerre Enterprises, d/b/a Triple Play
Family Entertainment Center, 1455 Highway 101, for the period expiring December 31, 1993,
with the conditions as set forth in Exhibit A.
Adopted by the City Council on March 29, 1993.
