RESOLUTION NO. 93-149
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD/FERNBROOK LANE
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 213
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 93-107 of the City Council adopted the 22nd day of
February, 1993, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to the
improvements to Schmidt Lake Road from Northwest Boulevard to Fernbrook
Lane and Fernbrook Lane from Schmidt Lake Road to approximately 810 feet
north; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of a 44 foot and
52 foot wide 9 ton roadway with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer,
sanitary sewer, and watermain, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly
publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held
thereon the 15th day of March, 1993, at which time all persons desiring to
be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA;
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted February 22, 1993.
2.Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. is designated as engineer for
the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
