FOR BOULDER RIDGE 3RD ADDITION LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 10 AND ZACHARY LANE (93013) WHEREAS, Krutzig Homes, Inc. has requested approval for a RPUD Final Plan/Plat and •.eveiopment Contract for Krutzig Homes, Inc. for Boulder Ridge 3rd Addition, a plat for 26 single family attached lots, and 1 common ownership lot, located at the southeast corner of County Road 10 and Zachary Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; and, WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements related to said plat; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development Contract for Krutzig Homes, Inc. for Boulder Ridge 3rd Addition, a plat for 26 single family attached lots, and 1 common ownership lot, located at the southeast corner of County Road 10 and Zachary Lane; and, FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City.
