RESOLUTION NO. 93-118
APPROVING RENTAL POLICIES FOR
PARKERS LAKE PLAYFIELD PICNIC SHELTER
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended a
rental policy be adopted for the Parkers Lake Playfield open air
picnic shelter, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed
and concurs with the recommendation of the Director of Parks and
Recreation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is
authorized to implement a rental policy seven (7) days a week,
excluding the national holidays of Memorial Day, Independence Day
and Labor Day, with a fee of $30 for a half day or evening, and
$60 for a full day rental of the Parkers Lake Playfield picnic
shelter.
Rentals will be available to Plymouth residents and businesses
only. When the picnic shelter is not reserved, it will be
available on a first come, first served basis.
