RESOLUTION NO. 93-1.14
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF A DRAINAGE EASEMENT
LOT 6, BLOCK 2, ZACHARY HILLS
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, William and Kristine Aaker have
petitioned the City Co►mcil for the vacation of the following drainage
easement within Lot 6, Block 2. Zachary Hills:

That part of Lot 6. Block 2, Zachary Hills being a part of
the drainage easement as dedicated in said plat described as
follows: Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of
said Lot 6 distant 85.00 feet northeasterly along said
northwesterly line from the most westerly corner of said Lot
6; thence South 67 degrees 17 minutes 53 seconds East,
assumed bearing, perpendicular to said northwesterly line
90.00 feet to the southeasterly line of said Lot 6; thence
North 22 degrees 42 minutes 07 seconds East along said
southeasterly line 18.00 feet; thence North 72 degrees 17
minutes 53 seconds West 66.00 feet; thence North 83 degrees
56 minutes 15 seconds West 25.31 feet to said northwest line;
thence South 22 degrees 42 minutes 07 seconds West along said
northwesterly line 5.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Except the northwesterly 6.00 feet thereof. Also except the
southeasterly 6.00 feet thereof.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the
same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date
of March 29, 1993 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City
Center. 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public
hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish
notice of said hearing as provided by law.
