RESOLUTION NO. 93-112
AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF
MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUNDS TO CONSTRUCT COUNTY ROAD 24
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of
Plymouth to participate in the cost of a construction project located on
C.S.A.H. 24 within the limits of said municipality; and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Commissioner
of Transportation and identified in his records as S.A.P. No. 27-624-02.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That we do hereby appropriate from our Municipal
State Aid Street Funds the sum of $945.347 to apply toward the
construction of said project and request the Commissioner of
Transportation to approve the authorization.
Adopted by the City Council on February 22, 1993.
