RESOLUTION NO. 93- 110
ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAY
FERNBROOK LANE
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the
street hereinafter described should be designated as a Municipal State Aid
street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, that the road described as follows
to -wit:
Fernbrook Lane from Schmidt Lake Road to County Road 47
be, and hereby established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid
Street of said C _y subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways
of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that the City Clerk is hereby authorised and
directed forthwith to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the
Commissioner of Highways for consideration, and that upon approval of the
designation of said road or portion thereof, that the same be constructed,
improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street.
Adopted by the City Council on February 22, 1993.

City of Plymouth, Minnesota. certifies that I compared the foregoing
resolution adopted at a meeting of the Plymouth City Council

thereof.
