RESOLUTION NO. 93- 107
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD, FERNBROOK LANE
STREET AND UTILITIES IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 213
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as part of the 1992 Capital Improvements
Program is proposing street and utility improvements on Schmidt Lake Road
and Fernbrook Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Engineering Report for the improvements of
Schmidt Lake Road and Fernbrook Lane was received by the Council on July
6, 1992, revisions were made to this report dated January 7, 1993; and
WHEREAS. adjacent property to the proposed improvements will receive
benefit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area
in accordance with the report, as revised, and the
assessment of benefited property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1993, Chapter 398, as
amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement
of $3.140,600.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on the 15th day of March, 1993 in the
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400
Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m., and the Clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required by law.
