Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 1993-106CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 93-106 AUTHORIZING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT AND INSTALLATION OF A HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE PLAYGROUND WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended that a handicapped accessible playground be developed during 1993; and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and concurs with the recommendation of the Director of Park and Recreation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to proceed with the feasibility report for a handicapped accessible playground during the 1993 construction season, and further, the Director is authorized to report back to the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission and City Council results of said reports prior to the development of plans and specifications for any improvements. Adopted by the City Council on February 22, 1993.
