RESOLUTION 93-103
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 54TH AVENUE NORTH AND NORTHWEST BOULEVARD

WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested approval for a lot
division/consolidation for the creation of 4 parcels located at the northwest
corner of 54th Avenue North and Northwest Boulevard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot
division/consolidation for the City of Plymouth for property located at the
northwest corner of 54th Avenue North and Northwest Boulevard.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
PARCEL NO. 1:
Outlot E, Bass Lake Heights 4th Addition, Hennepin County, MN, according to
the recorded plat thereof.
PARCEL NO. 2:
Lot 1, Block 1, Bass Lake Heights 4th Addition, Hennepin County, MN, according
to the recorded plat thereof.
PARCEL NO. 3:
Lot 2, Block 1, Bass Lake Heights 4th Addition, Hennepin County, MN, according
to the recorded plat thereof.
PARCEL NO. 4•
Lot 3, Block 1, Bass Lake Heights 4th Addition, Hennepin County, MN, according
to the recorded plat thereof.
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL NO. 1:
Outlot E, Bass Lake Heights 4th Addition, except the easterly 14 feet of that
part lying southeasterly of the southwesterly extension of the northwesterly
line of Lot 1, Block 1, of said addition, Hennepin County, MN, according to
the recorded plat thereof.
