APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR VERN REYNOLDS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR BASS LAKE
TERRACE 3RD ADDITION LOCATED SOUTHWEST OF VINEWOOD LANE AND 55TH AVENUE NORTH

WHEREAS, has requested approval of a Final Plat for Vern Reynolds Construction
Company for Bass Lake Terrace 3rd Addition located southwest of Vinewood Lane
and 55th Avenue North; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for
Vern Reynolds Construction Company for Bass Lake Terrace 3rd Addition located
southwest of Vinewood Lane and 55th Avenue North; and,
Adopted by the City Council on February 22, 1993.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City
of Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution
adopted at a meeting of the Plymouth City Council on February 22 1993, with

transcription thereof.
