RESOLUTION 93-100
APPROVING AMENDED RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR TIMOTHY AND PATRICIA O'BRIEN LOCATED 4615 TRENTON CIRCLE

WHEREAS, Timothy and Patricia O'Brien have requested an Amended Planned Unit
Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for property located at 4615
Trenton Circle to allow for a reduced side yard setback from 9 feet to 7 feet;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Timothy and Patricia O'Brien for an Amended Planned Unit Development Plan and
Conditional Use Permit to allow reduced setbacks for property located at 4615
Trenton Circle, subject to the following findings and conditions:
1. No other amendments or variances are granted or implied.
2. All applicable requirements of the City and State Building Codes shall
be implemented and enforced; no Code requirements are waived by this
approval.
3. The granting of the Permit is responsive to criteria of the Zoning
Ordinance for Conditional Use Permits and P}lD Plans.
4. The building addition shall be setback 7 feet from the side property
line, consistent with plans dated January 13, 1993.
