RESOLUTION AWARDING B7D
TRUCK WITH VACUUM INDUCTER
WHEREAS, the City Council, as part of the 1992 Budget, has authorized the
receipt of bids for the purchase of a truck with vacuum inducter for the
City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, said equipment is required to adequately provide City services; and
'HEREAS, in accordance with State Statute, bid specifications were prepared
;-td distributed and bid proposals received and opened on January 19, 1993;
and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Crysteel Truck Equipment $ 58,082
Flexible Pipe Tool Co. 71,985
WHEREAS, the bid of Crysteel Truck Equipment is in conformance with the
City's specifications for this equipment and it is recommended that it be
accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COTINCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The bid of Crysteel Truck Equipment is declared the lowest
responsible bidder.
2. That the City hereby accepts the bid in the amount of
$58,082, plus Minnesota Sales Tax, and funds for this
purchase are authorized from the Central Equipment Fund
(602-602).
