RESOLUTION 93-79
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION
FOR CHURCHILL FARMS 5TH ADDITION (93005) (RPUD 90-1)
WHEREAS, Lundgren Bros. Construction has requested approval of a Final Plat
and Development Contract for Churchill Farms 5th Addition located on Zircon
Lane North of 34th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEP[1Y RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and
Development Contract Lundgren Bros. Construction for Churchill Farms 5th
Addition located on Zircon Lane North of 34th Avenue North.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on February 8, 1993.
