RESOLUTION NO. 93-76
AUTHORIZING THE RECODIFICATION OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
WHEREAS, a City Charter has been adopted by the electorate effective January 1,
1993; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to assure that the Plymouth City Code is in complete
conformance and integrates with the City Charter provisions; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal from Best & Flanagan to accomplish
modification work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does,
authorize the recodification of the City Code at a cost not to exceed $18,000, in
accordance with the January 4, 1993 proposal submitted by Best & Flanagan, and the
staff report dated January 20, 1993.
Adopted by the City Council on January 25, 1993.
